  • Define information architecture
  • Wireframe complete solution
  • Build core design patterns
  • Design UI prototype
  • Validate concepts with testing

3. Deliver

  • Build working beta version
  • Release beta for testing/feedback
  • Continue refinements based on feedback
  • Release alpha version of product
  • Repeat 1 & 2 as required
